Do you have a specific career goal? My personal goal is to continue my education in nutrition – there is so much to learn and new discoveries every day!
Do you have a personal philosophy about weight loss? Weight loss is not achieved solely through a diet, it’s about learning what’s healthy and adapting that into your lifestyle.
What’s your favorite tip for staying healthy and fit? Keep the food clean and your body moving.
Who is your hero? My Grandfather. He was amazing, hardworking and taught me how to experiment with cooking at a very young age.
What’s your favorite movie? Food, Inc. It’s such an amazing look into how our food is raised. Definitely an eye-opener.
Do you have a hobby or special cause you support? I run, so I like to do charity races. The races I sign up for always benefit different charities or organizations.
